A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LITTLE ROCK
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION TO
ADVERTISE FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED
REAL PROPERTY SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock, Arkansas has an interest in certain
real property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, which it would sell
subject to proper terms and conditions, described as Lots 7 , 8 and 9
and the South 30 feet of Lot 10 , Block 103 , Original City of Little Rock;
and,
WHEREAS , the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission, an agency
of the City of Little Rock, has proposed and is willing to advertise the
herein described property for sale on terms and conditions acceptable to
and to be confirmed by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission is
hereby authorized to advertise and receive sealed bids for the sale of
the City of Little Rock ' s interest in the hereinabove described real
property, said bids to be made to and received by the Executive Director
of the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission, until 3 : 00 p.m.
March 15, 1979 , at which time they will be opened and tabulated by the
Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission. Following tabulation
of the bids, the said Commission will make recommendations to the Board
of Directors reserving unto itself and the Board of Directors the right
and privilege to reject any and all bids .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
