A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
EXCHANGE EASEMENT WITH NATIONAL BY-PRODUCTS , INC. FOR A SEWER
MAIN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock by the Sanitary Sewer
Committee condemned a certain easement across property now owned
by National By-Products, Inc. ;
WHEREAS, the legal description does not coincide with the
sewer main as now in place; and
WHEREAS, the City will exchange the easement condemned for
a correct easement to be executed by National By-Products, Inc. ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute an exchange easement
with National By-Products , Inc. to correct the apparent error in
the location of the sewer main by the contractor.
This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and
approval.
