A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL FUNDS FOR TECH-
NICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE PREPARATION OF ENVI-
RONMENTAL ASSESSMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign
any and all applications for federal funds from the,.Ozark
Regional Commission for a technical assistance grant to
aid the City of Little Rock in the preparation of an
environmental assessment with the local share of $10, 000
to be supplied by the Advertising & Promotion Commission
and further authorizing the City Manager to be the project
officer of record.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
