A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DOYLE W. ROGERS
PERTAINING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONVENTION
CENTER-HOTEL COMPLEX; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Doyle W. Rogers pertaining to
the development of a Convention Center-Hotel Complex.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
