RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHEREAS , Billy M. "Mike" Castleman served as a member
of the Little Rock Board of Directors from January 1 , 1977,
to September 19, 1978; and ,
WHEREAS, his tenure was marked by an unfailing
dedication to his responsiblities as a member of the Board
of Directors; and ,
WHEREAS , during his term of office, he provided just and
impartial leadership, always taking into consideration the
affect and impact City policies would have on all citizens;
and ,
WHEREAS, his contribution as a member of the Board of
Directors will be missed .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby expresses
gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Billy M. "Mike" Castleman
for his contribution to this City in service as a Board
member.
SECTION 2. It is the sincere hope of the Board of
Directors that Mr. Castleman , his spouse and their heirs
take pride in his accomplishments and that they enjoy
continued health and happiness.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
