A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
DIRECT THE STAFF TO REVIEW THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE AND PRESENT THE REPORT OF SUCH TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE
PASSAGE OF THE ORDINANCE .
WHEREAS , The Board of Directors is concerned that the
Subdivision Ordinance should fulfill its intended purposes ;
and
WHEREAS , a review by the City staff can determine if
such purpose is being met .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Manager direct the staff to
review the Subdivision Ordinance one year after the date
that it is passed to determine if its intended purposes have
been achieved.
SECTION 2 . That such review be presented to the Board
of Directors at that time .
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage .
