HomeMy WebLinkAbout6048 RESOLUTION NO. 6,048 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PAY PLAN FOR PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1979 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1 . The Pay Plan for the personnel of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the year 1979 shall be in form and substance as reflected on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof the same as those set out herein word for word, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to implement the said Plan in keeping with its provisions . SECTION 2. For employees in the Factoran Plan , Grades 9 and above, the following shall be effective in 1979 . A salary increase of six ( 6 ) percent shall be granted by the City Manager to those employees completing a six ( 6 ) month probationary period providing their starting salary on appointment is the minimum rate of pay for the class . The City Manager shall grant longevity merit increments to all permanent employees in range except that no employee shall be advanced to a salary greater than the maximum of the range for the class . SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect January 1, 1979 .
