RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE A STREET BETWEEN BLOCK 2 IN RIFFEL AND RHOTEN' S
FOREST PARK HIGHLAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AND BLOCK 5 IN RATTERREES' FOREST PARK HIGHLAND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the25th day of
September , 19 78 , asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon a portion of the street between Block 2 of
Riffel and Rhoten' s Forest Park Highland Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas and Block 5 in Ratterrees' Forest Park High-
land Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1,
Page 18 , in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock p.m. , on the 19 day of December , 19 78 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
