RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE THE NORTH 20 FEET OF PATTON PLACE STREET IN PATTON
PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 27th day of Sept. , 1978
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
North 20 feet of Patton Place Street in Patton Place Addition to
the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 15 , page 5 ,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas , subject ,
however, to any public easements located in said street/alley.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 : The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o ' clock p .m. , on the 19th day of December , 1978
SECTION 2 : The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
