RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING OF THE PETITION
TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, REYBURN & WRIGHT'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 1st day of September, 1978
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the alley in
Block 6, Reyburn & Wright' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed
Book 1 , Page 48, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7: 30 o'clock p.m. on
the 19th day of December , 1978.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks in anewspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
