A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
HAVE THE CITY 'S CONSULTANT, PINNELL, ANDERSON,
WILSHIRE & ASSOCIATES, INCLUDE THE INTERSEC-
TION OF 32ND AND UNIVERSITY IN THE DESIGN OF
A COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM FOR
UNIVERSITY AVENUE .
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition signed by 400
residents expressing a desire for a pedestrian light at the
intersection of 32nd and University; and
WHEREAS, the City, pursuant to Resolution no. 5, 383 ,
has employed a consultant, Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire & Associates,
to develop a plan for computerization of the traffic signal system
for University Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . That the City Manager is hereby directed to have
the City of Little Rock' s consultant, Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire
& Associates, include the intersection of 32nd Street and Univer-
sity Avenue in its plan for computerization of the traffic signal
system for University Avenue.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
