RESOLUTION NO. 6,017
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIFTH YEAR PLANNING PROCESS FOR
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock hereby
accepts and approves the Fifth Year Planning Process for the Community Develop-
ment Block Grant Program, all as set out on "Exhibit A" attached hereto, which
is made a part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. Due to recent changes in the Citizen Participation Guidelines
by HUD, which require the City of Little Rock to have a City-Wide Community
Development Block Grant Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock will appoint two persons to represent the City-at-Large on the
Committee.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.

September 25, 1978 - General Meeting with all Planning
Committee Members.
October 3, 1978 - General Plan submitted to Board.
October 4 - November 30, 1978 - Neighborhood Planning Committee
Meetings . At the end of this
period, each Planning Committee will
submit to City Administration (Of-
fice of Human Resources ) a list of
recommended projects in order of
priority.
December 4, 1978 - Public Hearing on the final list by
the City to obtain public comments .
December 13, 1978 - Final list of CDBG Projects is gi-
ven to City Board of Directors.
December 19, 1978 - TENATIVE - Board will hold Public Hearing.
January 16, 1979 - TENATIVE - Coard will be asked to vote on the
1979 CDBG Projects.

to Metroplan and State for A-95
