A RESOLUTION SELECTING ENGINEERS FOR VARIOUS
BOND ISSUE PROJECTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
I WHEREAS, the Consultant Selection Committee met on
September 6 , 1978 and considered firms based on seven subjec-
tive criteria for various bond issue projects; and
WHEREAS, the scores have been evaluated and recommenda-
1 tions made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors selects the
following engineers for the projects listed:
(a) Brookside Drive Construction & Improvements:
! Garver & Garver, Inc.
(b) The Bridge Improvements :
Robert Richardson, Inc.
(c) 9th & Bond Streets Lane Use:
Summerlin & Associates
(d) Drainage Improvements :
West - Tripp
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
f effect from and after its adoption.
