A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO THE ADVERTISING
AND PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created on the Advertising and
Promotion Commission due to the death of Director James A . Wellons ;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has the authority as pres-
cribed by law to appoint another director to the Commission .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . Mayor Donald L . Mehlburger is hereby appointed
as a Board of Directors Representative to the Advertising and Promo-
tion Commission.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
