- A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO TGI
FRIDAY ' S RESTAURANT TO PERMIT PLACING OF
LIGHTS AND DECORATIVE BRICK IN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . TGI Friday ' s Restaurant of Little Rock is hereby
granted a franchise to permit placing of lights and decorative
brick between the curb and sidewalk on the south side of West
Third Street , West of Victory Street , described as follows :
A part of Lots 11 and 12 , Block 342 of
Barton ' s Subdivision of the City of Little
Rock , Pulaski County , Arkansas , more parti-
cularly described as follows : The east 100 '
of Lot 12 and the east 100 ' of the north 10 '
of Lot 11 of said subdivision .
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted conditioned that the
lighting and bricks will be removed at the expense of the fran-
chisee at such time as the City of. Little Rock determines that
the public need for such removal exists and the property shall be
restored to its condition prior to the placing of such lighting
and bricks .
SECTION 3 . As a further condition of this franchise , TGI
Friday ' s agrees to assume the full cost of maintaining such light-
ing and brick and to repair any damage inflicted without charge to
the City of Little Rock .
SECTION 4 . TGI Friday ' s will be required to submit their plans
to Community Services to be forwarded to the utilities .
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
