A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF JOSEPH E. GARDNER AS A
COMMISSIONER OF TWIN LAKES RECREATIONAL AREA IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1 AND APPOINTING DON G. THURMAN TO REPLACE HIM, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Joseph E. Gardner has resigned as a member of the
Board of Commissioners of Twin Lakes Recreational Area Improvement
District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the remaining commissioners have nominated Don G.
Thurman to succeed him;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
1 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
i Section 1 . That the resignation of Joseph E . Gardner as a
commissioner of Twin Lakes Recreational Area Improvement District
No. 1 is hereby accepted.
Section 2 . That Don G. Thurman is hereby appointed as a
member of the Board of Commissioners of said improvement district.
This resolution shall become effective upon its passage and
approval .
