RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE 20' ALLEY BETWEEN LOT 179 OF PROSPECT TERRACE NO.
2 AND LOT 180 OF PROSPECT TERRACE NO. 3, BOTH BEING ADDITIONS
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28th day of April ,
19 78 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the 20' alley
located between Lot 179 of Prospect Terrace No. 2 and Lot 180 of Prospect Terrace
No. 3, both being additions to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated
on the plats of said Additions now appearing of record in Plat Book 3, Pages 39
and 52, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, how-
ever, to any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. , on
the 5th day of September , 1978.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
