A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSENT DECREE IN
PULASKI COUNTY CHANCERY COURT CASE NO. 77-327
STYLED WILLIS V. LEWIS VS THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney, acting for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to approve a Consent Decree
in Pulaski County Chancery Court Case #77-327 styled Willis V. Lewis
VS The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which Consent Decree would
provide for approval of a zoning classification for a certain parcel
of property as and for uses permitted by "F-Commercial" and for
approval of a zoning classification for another parcel of property
as and for uses permitted by 'Td-F 12" .
SECTION 2 . The property in question in said lawsuit approved for
"F-Commercial uses is described as follows :
Part of Tract 2, Hopson and Saches Suburban Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of said Tract 2; thence East
20 feet along the South line of said Tract 2 to the
point of beginning; thence North parallel to the West
line of said Tract 2 a distance of 331. 5 feet; thence
East along the North line of said Tract 2 a distance
of 353. 75 feet; thence South a distance of 331. 48 feet to
a point on the South line of said Tract; thence West
along the South line of said Tract 2 a distance of 354 .00
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. The property in question in said lawsuit approved for
"M-F 12" uses is described as follows:
A part of Tract 2, Hopson and Saches Suburban Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Tract 2; thence
North along the East line of said Tract 2 a distance
of 140 . 74 feet to the point of beginning; thence West
parallel to the South line of said Tract 2 a distance
of 260 .00 feet; thence North parallel to the East line
of said Tract 2 a distance of 50 . 00 feet; thence East
parallel to the North line of said Tract 2 a distance
of 260 .00 feet; thence South along the East line of
said Tract 2 a distance of 50 . 00 feet to the point of
beginning; and,

A part of Tract 1 , Hopson and Saches Suburban Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows , to-wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of said Tract 1; thence North
along the West line of said Tract 1 a distance of 331. 48
feet; thence East along the North line of said Tract 1 a
distance of 326 . 88 feet; thence South 330 . 85 feet to a
point on the South line of said Tract 1; thence West along
the South line of said Tract 1 a distance of 327 . 00 feet
to the point of beginning.
SECTION 4 . This Consent Decree authorization is conditioned upon
the City of Little Rock receiving a Dedication Deed to the following
described parcel of land for street right-of-way purposes , which Deed
is hereby accepted:
The West 20 feet of Tract 2 , Hopson and Saches
Suburban Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas .
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
