A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5 , 965 TO
CORRECT A PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ; AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CORRECTION
DEED ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Section 1 of Resolution #5 ,965 adopted by the Board
of Directors July 5 , 1978 is hereby amended to correct a property
description contained therein , and said Section 1 shall read as fol-
lows :
"SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby authorizes the conveyance of the following
described parcel of land to William Gary Darwin and
Beverly Jo Darwin , his wife :
Part of the W1 SW1 Section 32 , T-2-N , R-12-W ,
Pulaski County , Arkansas , being more particu-
larly described as starting at the Southeast
corner of Block 18 , Pulaski Heights Addition
to Little Rock , Arkansas ; thence East for 150 . 0 '
to the point of beginning ; thence continue East
for85 . 0 ' ; thence north and parallel to the East
line of Block 18 for 85 . 0 ' ; thence West for
85 . 0 ' ; thence South and parallel to the East
Line of Block 18 for 85 . 0 ' to the point of
beginning containing 0 . 165 acres , more or less .
As consideration for said conveyance , William Gary Darwin and
Beverly Jo Darwin , his wife , hereby convey to the City of
Little Rock the following described parcel of land :
Part of the W1 SW1 Section 32 , T-2-N , R-12-W ,
Pulaski County , Arkansas being more particularly
described as starting at the Southeast Corner of
Block 18 , Pulaski Heights Addition to Little Rock ,
Arkansas ; thence East for 150 . 0 ' ; thence North
and parallel to the East line of Block 18 , for
215 . 0 ' to the point of beginning : thence continue
North along the last described course for 85 . 0 ' ;
thence West for 150 . 0 ' to the Northeast corner of
Block 18 ; thence South along the East line of
Block 18 for 85 . 0 ' thence East for 150 . 0 ' to the
Point of beginning containing 0 . 29 acres , more or
less .
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Correction Quitclaim Deed of conveyance
conveying to said William Gary Darwin and Beverly Jo Darwin , his wife ,
the parcel of land as authorized in Section 1 hereof .

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
