A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR
CONSTRUCTION, PAVING, LIGHTING, FENCING & LANDSCAPING
OF INTERSTATE PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids received
pursuant thereto according to law for construction work, paving, lighting,
fencing and landscaping at Interstate Park in the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidders have been
determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors to authorize the
issuance of contracts for said work to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidders.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following contracts are hereby awarded to those
contractors and for the work as set opposite said named contractors as
follows:
• CONTRACTOR WORK COST
1) Ray Richardson for construction $297,200.00
2) H & H Electric electrical work 196,700.00
3) Capital Fence Co. fencing 30,995.00
4) N.T.A. Landscaping landscape work 31,573.00
A copy of the Abstract of Bids is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
