HomeMy WebLinkAbout5973 RESOLUTION NO 5,973 = A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO . 5 ,887 TO PROVIDE FOR AUTHORIZATION OF A CHANGE ORDER TO HARDY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL STORM DRAINAGE WORK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS , Resolution No. 5 , 887 of the Board of Directors adopted January 17 , 1978 established the maximum dollar amount of expenditures for various Community Development Block Grant projects ; and WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said Resolution and authorize the issuance of a Change Order to Hardy Construction Company for additional work pertaining to the drainage ditch between West 24th Street and Spring Street and West 25th Street and Center Streets at a cost of $95 ,818 .45 . NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1. Resolution No. 5 , 887 of the Board of Directors adopted January 17 , 1978 is hereby amended to authorize the issuance of a Change Order to Hardy Construction Company for additional work at a cost of $95 , 818 . 45 all pertaining to the drainage ditch between West 24th Street and Spring Street and West 25th Street and Center Street. SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. ADOPTED: July 26, 1978 ATTEST: 46(jt/ APPROVED City Clerk Mayor
