A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The following named persons are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center, for the term set opposite their name :
1) Mr. Jim D. Alford - 4 year term, to expire 6/30/82
2) Mrs . H.A.T. Bailery , Jr. - 4 year term to expire 6/30/82
3) Mr. Sanford M. Besser - 4 year term, to expire 6/30/82
4) Mrs . Thomas Michael Mehaffy , 4 year term, to expire 6/30/82
5) Mr. Glenn Mahone , 4 year term, to expire 6/30/82 .
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
