A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION; ADVERTISING AND
PROMOTION COMMISSION; PORT AUTHORITY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Elizabeth Terry Foti and Sam Strauss , Jr. are
hereby appointed to serve as members of the Little Rock Historic
District Commission for a three year term, which terms shall
expire June 15 , 1981 .
SECTION 2 . Mr. Hank Van Rossum is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission
for a four year term, which term shall expire May 4 , 1982
SECTION 3 . Mr . Norman Farris is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Little Rock Port Authority for a five year term,
which term shall expire July 6 , 1983 .
SECTION 4 . Ms . Catherine Hamilton is hereby appointed to
serve as a member of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility Committee
for a four year term, which term shall expire August 1 , 1982 .
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
