A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A
CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN ALLSOPP PARK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby authorizes the conveyance of the following described
parcel of land to William Gary Darwin and Beverly Jo Darwin , his

Part of the Wz SW , Section 32 , T-2-N, R-12-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas , being more particularly
described as starting at the southeast corner of
Block 18 , Pulaski Heights Addition to Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence East for 150 .0 ' to the point of
beginning; thence continue East for 85 .0 ' ; thence
North and parallel to the east line of Block 18
for 85 . 0 ' to the point of beginning containing
0 . 165 acres , more or less .
As consideration for said conveyance, William Gary Darwin and
Beverly Jo Darwin , his wife , hereby convey to the City of Little
Rock the following described parcel of land:
A part of the Wz, SW4, Section 32 , T-2-N,
R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , being more
particularly described as starting at the
Southeast corner of Block 18 , Pulaski Heights
Addition to Little Rock , Arkansas; thence
East for 150 .0 ' ; thence North and parallel to
the East line of Block 18 for 215 .0 ' to the
point of beginning; thence continue North
along the last described course for 85 .0 '
thence West for 150 .0 ' to the Northeast corner
of Block 18; thence South along the East line
of Block 18 for 85 .0 ' thence East for 150 . 0 '
to the point of beginning containing 0 . 29 acre,
more or less .
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Deed of conveyance to convey to William
1 Gary Darwin and Beverly Jo Darwin, his wife the parcel of land
as authorized in section 1 hereof; further, the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to accept a Deed of conveyance from William Gary
Darwin and Beverl - Jo Darwin , his wife , to that certain parcel of
land hereinabove described and cause same to be filed with the
Circuit Clerk ' s office of Pulaski County , Arkansas .

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
