A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT FROM THE
LITTLE ROCK ADVERTISING & PROMOTION COMMISSION
OF THE SUM OF $155, 269 .00 FOR THE BENEFIT OF
THE CENTRAL LITTLE ROCK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock hereby acknowledges
payment by the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission
of the sum of $155 ,269 . 00 payable to the Central Little Rock
Urban Renewal Project as a repayment of funds in said project
heretofore disallowed as credits to the City of Little Rock .
Of this sum, $147 ,222 . 00 represents principal and the sum of
$8 ,047 .00 represents interest.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
