A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE NECESSITY FOR
REVIEW BY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ANNEXATION
ORDERS SIGNED BY THE COUNTY COURT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . From and after the adoption of this Resolution
there shall be no necessity for Planning Commission review of
County Court orders annexing territories to the City of Little
Rock prior to the Board of Director ' s consideration of accep-
tance of said annexations .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
