A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE HIGHWAY 10
ANNEXATION PETITION NOW PENDING BEFORE
THE PULASKI COUNTY COURT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock supports the petition
now pending before the Pulaski County Court to annex certain
lands to the City of Little Rock in a corridor along Highway
No. 10 in the western portion of Pulaski County, all adjacent
to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
