A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FIRE PROTECTION
AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE
LIMITS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to enter into a
Fire Protection Agreement with Affiliated Food Stores, Inc.
located at 10 , 003 New Benton Highway, Little Rock, Arkansas for
fire protection outside the corporate limits in keeping with the
provisions of Section 13-13 of the Code of Ordinances , as amended,
said contract to expire September 7 , 1978 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
