A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND NATURAL HISTORY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as
members of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Natural
History for the terms set opposite their names:
a) Ms. Billie Jo Humphries - to serve the unexpired term
of Mr. Richard Sniegocki, which term will expire
November 15, 1982
b) Mr. Darrel Taylor - to serve the unexpired term of
Mr. Jim Gadberry, which term will expire November 15,
1980
c) Mr. Dick Hergett - to fill the unexpired term of
Mrs. Peter Powell, which term will expire November 15,
1978
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
