A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSENT DECREE IN
PULASKI COUNTY CHANCERY COURT CASE NO. 77-4220
STYLED CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS VS
JOSEPH P. HICKEY, ET AL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Attorney, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to approve a Consent
Decree in PUlaski County Chancery Court Case #77-4220 styled
City of Little Rock VS Joseph P . Hickey, et al, which Consent
Decree would approve a zoning classification for such property
as and for uses permitted by "E-1 Quiet Business and Institutional
District" as set forth and provided for in Section 43-6 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as
amended.
SECTION 2 . The property in question in said lawsuit des-
cribed in Section 1 hereof is described as being situated in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as follows, to-wit:
Part of the SW4 SE4 of Section 21, Township 2
North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas
described as: Begin at the Southwest corner
of the said SW4 SE4 of Section 21 and run thence
N 0° 37 ' 30" W along the center line of a county
road (60-foot right of way) 50 .46 feet to a point;
thence N 89° 22 ' 30" E 30 feet to the point of
beginning, being the intersection of the East
right of way line of said county raod with the
West right of way line of Rodney Parham Road;
thence N 0° 37 ' 30" W along the East line of
said county road 933 .47 feet to a point; thence
S 450 37 ' 20" E 660 .13 feet to a point on the
West line of Rodney Parham Road; thence S 44°
22 ' 50 " W along the West line of Rodney Parham
Road 660 feet to the point of beginning, con-
taining 5 . 001 acres , more or less .
SECTION 3 . This Consent Decree authorization is conditioned
upon the City of Little Rock receiving an Order of Dismissal, with
prejudice, of the action filed in Circuit Court of Pulaski County,
Arkansas in case #78-2187 styled Paul Hickey VS Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, et al .

SECTION 4 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
