A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #5921 PERTAINING
TO TITLE III CETA FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. On April 4 , 1978 , the Board of Directors adopted
Resolution #5921 wherein certain funds were accepted and allocated
following CACETA Staff and Advisory Council recommendations , and
section 2 of that said Resolution pertained to acceptance of
$1 ,249 ,447. 00 of Title III funds to be allocated for a Summer
Youth Program. Inadvertently omitted from said section was a
2% administrative cost figure in the amount of $25 , 499 . The
Board of Directors would by this Resolution amend section 2 of
said Resolution #5921 to provide for acceptance of Title III
funds in the amount of $1 ,274 , 946 .
I SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
