A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FIRE PROTECTION
AGREEMENT WITH CERTAIN BUSINESSES FOR
SERVICES OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to enter into
Fire Protection Agreements with the following companies for fire
protection outside the corporate limits in keeping with the pro-
visions of Section 13-13 of the Code of Ordinances , as amended:
a) Levi Strauss & Co.
15000 Panatela Parkway
Little Rock, AR
b) Arnolds , Inc.
8103 Interstate 30
Little Rock, AR
c) Arkansas Psychiatric Clinic
12115 Hinson Road
Little Rock, AR
d) Independent Air Conditioning
2221 Arch Street
Little Rock, AR
e) 3-M Corporation (Big Rock Quarry & Granite Plant)
All contracts herein authorized shall expire September 7 , 1978 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
