RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 95 , ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd
day of February , 19 78 , asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon all of the alley in Block 95 , Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the certified
survey filed with the Little Rock City Clerk, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said
alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7. 30 o ' clock p.m. , on the 16th day of May
1978 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
