A RESOLUTION CREATING TWO NEW POSITIONS
WITHIN THE OFFICE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following positions are hereby created within
the office of Comprehensive Planning with classifications set
opposite :
Neighborhood Planner F-10
Planning Technician/Draftsman F-7
Duties and responsibilities shall include preparation of detailed
base maps and supplementary graphics of the City ' s Community
Development Block Grant neighborhoods; inventory and analysis of
Community Development Block Grant neighborhood characteristics;
development of detailed neighborhood plans; development of public
involvement in the planning process, neighborhood plan implemen-
tation strategy,and such other as from time to time may be directed
by the City Manager and director of the office of Comprehensive
Planning. These positions shall be effective for approximately
two years and funding would be provided from Community Development
Block Grant sources.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
