A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RIGHT OF ACQUISITION
TO PARK SITE 2-AF CF THE MASTER PARKS PLAN;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby waives the right of
acquisition to Park Site 2-AF of the Master Parks Plan and said
park site is hereby released from any interest of the City of Little
Rock and the City Manager is hereby directed to cause the removal of
said park site from the Master Parks Plan. A portion of said park
site is contained within Robinwood Valley Subdivision, the description_
of which subdivision is as follows :
A tract of land located in the South One-Half (S z)
of the Northwest Quarter (NH4) , Section 26, T-2-N,
R-13-W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4) , Northwest Quarter (NW3) , Section 26,
T-2-N, R-13-W; thence N 89° 49 ' E along the south
line of Robinwood Subdivision, 1960. 2 feet to the
northeast corner of the West Half (W2) , Southeast
Quarter (SE4) , Northwest Quarter (NW4) said Sec-
tion 26 , T-2-N, R-13-W; thence S 0° 23 ' E, 186. 64
feet; thence S 260 22 ' W, 120. 57 feet; thence S
40° 33 ' E, 245. 0 feet; thence S 51° 28 ' E, 220. 0
feet; thence S 20° 54 ' E, 200. 0 feet; thence

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
