A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CONTRIBUTIONS TO ICMA
DEFERRED COMPENSATION FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER; AND FOR C}I'HER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
expend general funds of the City for payment to the Inter-
national City Management Association Deferred Compensation
Fund to the credit of Assistant City Manager, Mahlon Martin,
from time to time in the amount that the City would contribute
to said Assistant City Manager's benefit under the City' s
Employee Retirement Program.
SECTION 2. This Resolution tall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
