A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE AUTHORIZING
CONSTRUCTION FOR PRIVATE VEHICULAR PARKING IN
A PORTION OF THE PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR "I"
STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 5 & 8, EAST PULASKI HEIGHTS
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . A franchise is hereby granted to A.M. "Sandy" Keith
and Leah Keith, his wife authorizing construction for and vehicular
parking in a portion of the platted right-of-way for "I" Street between
Blocks 5 & 8 , East Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows :
Starting at Northeast corner of Lot 6 , Block 5, East
Pulaski Heights Addition, said point being at the
intersection of the North right-of-way line of "I"
Street and the West right-of-way line of North
Martin Street, thence West along the North right-of-
way line of "I" Street a distance of 20 ' to point of
beginning, thence continue West along said property
line 110 ' , thence South 25 ' , thence East 110 ' on a
line parallel to the North right-of-way line of "I"
Street, thence North 25' to the North right-of-way
line of "I" Street, the point of beginning
SECTION 2 . The franchise granted in Section 1 hereof is
conditioned that the franchisees , their heirs and/or assigns will ,
at their expense, remove the construction for vehicular parking
at any time upon determination by the Board of Directors that
such removal is in the public interest and to serve a public
purpose and restore the right-of-way to its condition existing
at the time of the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
