A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE PROPOSITION BEING CON-
SIDERED BY THE PULASKI COUNTY QUORUM COURT TO ADOPT
GOALS FOR PLANNING AND LAND USE CONTROL APPLICABLE
TO THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS THROUGHOUT PULASKI COUNTY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , The Pulaski County Quorum Court is currently con-
sidering the matter of rules and regulations for planning and land
use controls in the unincorporated areas of Pulaski County, and
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock strongly endorses the pro-
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
support the Pulaski County Quorum Court adopting goals for planning
and calling for public hearings to provide an opportunity for
public participation pertaining to planning and land use control
in the unincorporated areas of Pulaski County, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
