A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE STAFF OF THE CITY TO
PREPARE A LAND USE PLAN FOR THE AREA OUTSIDE THE
EXISTING CORPORATE LIMITS AND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE RECENTLY PROPOSED 55 MILE ANNEXATION AREA TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The staff of the City are hereby directed to proceed
with preparation of a land use plan for all property outside the
corporate limits of the City and lying within the boundaries of
the area proposed for annexation to the City of Little Rock by
Ordinance 13, 098 passed October 9 , 1975 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
