A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO HISTORICAL DESIGNATION
OF PROPERTY IN THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. At the option of the owner, owners of property in the
Downtown Business area which may qualify for Historical Designation by the
National Register of Historical Places are encouraged to seek such desig-
nation as separate properties.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
