A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF CERTAIN
RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AND DEEDS ARISING OUT OF
ROCK CREEK PROPERTY OWNER'S COMMITTEE COMMITMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock hereby acknowledges that
the following restrictive covenants and deeds have been received by
and are on file with the Little Rock City Clerk from Rock Creek
Property Owner ' s Committee all pertaining to the Rock Creek Zoning
Classification established by Ordinances #13, 371 and #13 , 372 :
