A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO CABLE TELEVISION
SYSTEMS FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Acknowledging the public interest in Cable
Television Systems for the citizens of the City of Little
Rock and the necessity for local governmental regulations
in control thereof by means of a franchise, the City of
Little Rock is hereby committed to the development and
passage of an ordinance or ordinances authorizing and regu-
lating cable television systems in Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
