A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The following persons are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Planning Commission for three year
terms commencing November 1, 1977 :
Mr. Willard Johnson
Mr. Bob J. Nash
Mr. Terry L. Mathews
SECTION 2 . The following named persons are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility Com-
mittee for four year terms, said terms to expire July 31, 1981 :
Mr. Lewis J. Schaufele, Jr.
Mr. Gus Vratsinas
SECTION 3 . Mr. Don Mehlburger and Mrs. Janet Buford are
hereby appointed to the Transit Policy Board. Mr . Mehlburger
will be the representative of the Board of Directors and Mrs .
Buford will be the City ' s public representative, and she shall
serve for five years, commencing September 15 , 1977 .
SECTION 4 . Mrs . Myra Jones is hereby appointed as the
City ' s representative to the 208 Study Committee , a committee
of the Advisory Council of Metroplan .
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
