A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO FUND A YOUTH CODMdUNITY
CONSERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND A
YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAM; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to submit
an application to the United States Department of Labor to fund
a Youth Community Conservation and Improvement Project and a
Youth Employment and Training Program. The City Manager shall
execute whatever documents may be necessary in such application,
and submit such application as expeditiously as possible.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
