A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY TO REQUIRE DEDICATION OF NEEDED
PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY INVOLVED IN ZONING
MATTERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney is hereby authorized to
develop legal proceedings designed to have a court of competent
jurisdiction determine whether the City has authority to require,
as a condition in zoning matters , public rights of way dedication
to the extent necessary to conform to the provisions of the Master
Street Plan of the City.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
