A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REPORT OF THE
MEDIATION COMMITTEE PERTAINING TO THE
MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND NATURAL HISTORY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The final Report of the Mediation Committee, as
appointed by the Board of Directors by Resolution #5 , 797 on
September 6 , 1977, pertaining to the structure, duties , authority
and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of
Science and Natural History and its relationship to the Museum
and governing personnel thereof is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
