A RESOLUTION AMENDING IN PART RESOLUTION NO. 5 , 421
PERTAINING TO ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . Section 1 of Resolution No . 5 , 421 adopted
September 16 , 1975, together with Exhibit "A" thereto, pertaining
to organizational structure of the various departments , divisions
and offices of Little Rock City government is hereby amended by
removing from the office of Comprehensive Planning all Community
Development services administered by the Human Resources division
and establishing the office of Human Resources accountable directly
to the office of the City Manager, to function in administering the
Community Development Block Grant Program, Social and Health Ser-
vices, Neighborhood Coordination and the Comprehensive Employment
Training Administration Program.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
