A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE ZONING
JURISDICTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In addition to all other authority of the City in the matter
of Zoning Controls, the City of Little Rock will henceforth exercise zoning
jurisdiction pursuant to the provisions of Arkansas Statutes, Section 19-2804.2,
to all lands lying along the South side or bank of the Arkansas River for a
distance of five (5) miles of the City's corporate limits, in either direction,
and for a distance of two (2) miles laterally from the thread of said River.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
