RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE
DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION OF ARKANSAS
CHILDRENS HOSPITAL TO VACATE A PORTION OF
WOLFE STREET LYING SOUTH OF 8TH STREET, NORTH
OF 9TH STREET, AND LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 2 AND
3 OF FAUST'S ADDITION AND BLOCKS 2 AND 3 OF
MARSHALL AND WOLFE 'S ADDITION, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS,
WHEREAS, Arkansas Childrens Hospital has duly filed a
Petition with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, on the 1.4th day of July, 1977, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon that portion of Wolfe Street
lying south of 8th Street and north of 9th Street, and lying
between Blocks 2 and 3 of Faust ' s Addition and Blocks 2 and 3
of Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as shown on the plats of said additions now appearing
of record in Record Book M2 at Page 625, and at Book M2 at Page
638, and at Book AB at Page 185, in the Office of the Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject however,
to any public utility easements located on or in said portion of
Wolfe Street.
NOW, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The hearing on said Petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:3M P.M.
on the lstil day of October, 1977.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
