A RESOLUTION EXTENDING A FRANCHISE TO SIGHT-
SEEING UNLIMITED, INC. ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . That certain franchise granted to Sightseeing
Unlimited, Inc. pursuant to Resolution No. 5, 270 adopted by
the Board of Directors on September 17 , 1974 is hereby extended
for a period of three (3) years , subject to all the terms and
conditions as are contained in the original franchise.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
